北京农学院食品科学与工程学院教授,北京长城学者,北京市优秀人才,北京食品学会副理事长
2005年博士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院,主要从事食品营养健康研究及功能性食品开发,围绕益生菌及其发酵产物干预慢病作用机制及其生产关键工程技术,先后主持完成国家、省部和企业横向项目40余项,研究成果获得授权国家发明专利30余项,发表科研论文80余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇,相关专利技术与企业签署成果转化协议20余项,研究成果获得省部级科研成果奖、教学成果奖4项。
